Shipping, Handling & Payment Details

  • Shipping is via Air Mail, USPS, Fedex and UPS.

  • Cards accepted are Visa, Discover Card and Mastercard.

  • Credit card orders are billed only when we ship the order.

  • Orders via money order or check will not be shipped until the check or money order is cleared by the bank (usually 10 days).

  • All checks and money orders should be in US dollars and made out to Caribbean Connoisseur.

  • All tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.


    Shipping Cigars

    Cigar orders should arrive in 7 days. For U.S. orders there is a no additional charge for shipping cigars. For other destinations there is a shipping charge of $6.00 for the first box of cigars and $3.00 for each additional box of cigars. For express orders there is an additional surcharge of $10.00 for U.S. orders and $12.00 for International orders. If you have any further questions or comments regarding the shipping of the cigars please contact our Customer Service Department.

    US Orders

    Via USPS, UPS Ground or Airmail 7 - 14 days
    If your merchandise sub-total is:
    Up to $35.00..................The shipping charge is $6.75
    $35.01 and over............The shipping charge is $7.50

    NOTE: Hat Orders 14 - 21 days

    2nd Day Shipping
    Add an additional $4.50 to the standard shipping cost

    Overnight Shipping
    Up to 1 lb.....................The shipping charge is $21.00
    Every additional lb.........Add $2.90


    Canadian Orders

    Via Airmail 16 to 21 days
    If your merchandise sub-total is:
    Up to $10.00.................The shipping charge is $6.75
    $10.01 to $35.00...........The shipping charge is $8.35
    $35.01 to $50.00...........The shipping charge is $9.50
    $50.01 to $75.00...........The shipping charge is $10.50
    $75.01 and over............The shipping charge is $11.50

    Via United Parcel Service 2 to 3 days
    Up to 1 lb......................The shipping charge is $18.65
    Every additional lb.........Add $2.90


    International Orders

    When you placed an international order we will email you the shipping charges. Please note that your credit card won't be charged until you agree to the shipping charge. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the item. The normal shipping method for international orders is global priority mail and UPS.
