Each cake is baked accordingly to traditional home baked Jamaican style, then vacuum packed to seal in the moisture and dark flavours.

For a great variation, top with a thin layer of marzipan and icing. Cakes may be slightly warmed in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds with your favorite liquor poured on top. This will give the feel of a just baked cake!
